6.COMPENSATION
We are committed not to trade the data and/or information to any party. We do our best and reasonably that each of Our employees is not involved in buying and selling data and/or information to anyone. Especially, if without include a factual basis and/or calculation and can be accounted for the real and direct losses that You experience, along with concrete evidence that can be accepted by the relevant judicial institutions, regarding Our mistakes or negligence based on, among other things, Article 164 Het Herziene Indonesisch Regulation, Article 1865, Article 1866 of the Indonesian Civil Code, and Article 5 paragraph 1 of Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning as amended by Law Number 19 of 2016 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions.
